In observance of the filial relationship to Moscow, His Beatitute +Symeon Ioannovskij, the Metropolitan and First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church in America / 10th Patriarch of the Holy Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Apostolic Church of North America, became the grand master of the Order in the Americas.
Before his passing in 2016, His Beatitude named Douglas Buchanan Bailey as his successor and sovereign grand master of the Order and anointed him as His Royal Highness, The Grand Duke of Saint Cyriacus, as well as naming him the successor and sovereign grand master of the Order of the Green Cross and Knights of the True Cross.
The Order of Saint Andrew The First Called in the Americas has one grade.
